Established in 1966, the firm's Edinburgh office continues to secure and deliver fantastic projects across all sectors for public and private clients in Scotland. We are proud of our achievements and look forward to continuing to shape the Scottish skyline for many years to come.
We are currently working on several significant mixed-use regeneration projects across the city including Edinburgh St James in the east, Haymarket in the west and New Town Quarter adjacent to the historic Royal Crescent, delivering pioneering retail, hotel, residential and office space.
Our luxury hotel experience is enhanced by our involvement in the Gleneagles Club - a new 33-bed 5 star hotel in St Andrew Square - while our Arts & Heritage sector experience remains strong, having completed a 15-year transformational programme of work at the National Museum of Scotland.
Frameworks Scotland has given the Edinburgh office a platform to develop a leading team of healthcare focussed cost managers with over 30 NEC projects delivered under this framework to date. In the education sector we have cost managed the new Portobello High School for The City of Edinburgh Council along with providing cost advice to the City of Glasgow College on their award-winning estate.
