Designed by architects Jon Matthews Associates, the Grade A office scheme comprises 396,000 sq ft over basement, ground floor retail and 10 upper floors of offices, together with winter gardens for health & wellbeing, landscaping and public realm works.

"We are delighted to be involved with such an exciting development and very much look forward to continuing our work with Ask Real Estate Ltd."

The building, to be built by BAM Construction, will be highly sustainable with circular aluminium fins wrapping around the building helping to reduce solar gain. Other features include basement electric car parking and extensive cycle storage.

The First Street Estate now extends to 17 acres and the neighbourhood is fast becoming a major cultural and commercial hub for the city.
