G&T’s Development Monitoring team has retained its Financial Services Qualification System (FSQS) status for the sixth year running, continuing the delivery of world class services to the financial sector.
G&T’s development monitoring experts act as independent monitors for a party that has a direct interest in the successful completion of a project but who has no direct control over its delivery.

The team liaises with lenders, lawyers and valuers at every stage of a development ensuring they have a good understanding of the construction aspects of a project in order to weigh up the risks that might impact on their loans.
The FSQS is a community of financial institutions including banks, building societies, insurance companies and investment services, collaborating to agree a single standard for collecting the increasing amount and complexity of third party information needed to demonstrate compliance to regulators, internal policies and governance controls.
