New REVO Hub Committee Member
G&T assistant surveyor Grace Allen named one of the newest members of the REVO Hub committee.
The REVO Hub brings together young professionals in retail property to share innovative new ideas, act as a mouthpiece for aspiring retail experts and liaise with the REVO board on key topics. REVO Hub's committee includes retail professionals from across the market including British Land, JLL, Make Architects, Chapman Taylor and more.
This year the group is focusing on reinvigorating the programme with exciting events such as walking tours, networking opportunities and thought leadership.
"This is such an exciting time for the retail market, with so many new opportunities for innovation. I'm looking forward to using my position to help bring in new ideas from young professionals from different backgrounds and levels."
Having joined G&T as an apprentice, Grace has always been passionate about the future of the high street and has experience working in the hospitality sector, which she hopes will offer insights and a new perspective to the group.
Grace also sits on G&T's internal NextGen committee, supporting upcoming professionals to reach their full potential, engaging and inspiring new diverse talent through numerous volunteering opportunities.
G&T's NextGen programme promotes cross industry collaboration, creating a platform where the future of the built environment can be discussed.
