Christina Mueller serves as Director of Enclosures & Facades for Gardiner & Theobald, bringing over 24 years of experience across architecture, construction management, and building enclosure consulting. A certified Building Enclosure Commissioning Provider (BECxP) with a Master of Architecture from the NewSchool of Architecture & Design, she specializes in building envelope commissioning, Local Law compliance, and facade restoration for institutional, commercial, and high-rise residential projects. Her unique background, combining technical expertise with early-career experience in construction litigation, enables her to provide developers and building owners with risk-informed guidance throughout design, construction, and closeout.
