The original lease included the top four floors of the building (floors 26-29), however due to growth within the company and increased headcount, Pillsbury signed a lease amendment to include half of the 25th floor.

The new offices include a high-end conference center on the 29th floor, interconnecting staircase, catering pantry, high-end audio visual system including an immersion room and three multi-purpose rooms which provide for a variety of seating layouts and configurations. The top floor of the building features a large outdoor heated terrace with views of Central Park.
