A leading global law firm appointed G&T to provide Project and Cost Management services for its expansion project at its existing home at 99 Bishopsgate, London.
G&T worked closely with the client's project team located in the US and UK, Gensler US, Gensler UK and Cundall to deliver this unique scheme over two practice floors, which moves away from the traditional cellularised law firm layout and adopts a more open plan office space and hub model, borrowing ideas from hospitality and co-working.
The 22,000 sq ft refurbishment and Cat B fit-out included open plan office space, internal meeting rooms with video conferencing facilities, showers and a central breakout/collaboration hub on each floor.
