G&T has provided Cost and Project Management services to global asset management firm AllianceBernstein for numerous projects over the past 15 years.
We recently completed the 220,000 RSF relocation of AllianceBernstein's US headquarters from New York to Nashville and have also been awarded its New York City relocation of a reduced 140,000 RSF, relocating from its existing space at 1345 Avenue of the Americas to 66 Hudson Boulevard located at New York City's iconic Hudson Yards development, scheduled to complete in 4th quarter 2024.
We also recently completed satellite wealth management offices (8,000-10,000RSF) for AllianceBernstein in Atlanta, Denver and Houston.
