The project involved a part CAT A and full CAT B fit-out of levels 6 and 7 providing a client-facing reception hub, client and internal meeting rooms, open plan office space, focus rooms, breakout and tea point areas.
G&T’s experience in the financial services sector and managing projects for global organisations ensured that a robust and bespoke service was provided to support the client whose pending lease expiry and business growth were the drivers behind the relocation. This relocation from the West End has provided employees with better amenities, easy access to Crossrail, a more collaborative working environment and an inviting offer for clients.
We also supported the client with the management of design development during the tender stage following confirmation of demise changes at the new offices articulating the programme and cost impact of these and managing the design team to the revised deadlines.
