G&T provided Cost and Project Management services for AllianceBernstein’s new headquarters in Nashville. Spanning more than 221,000 SF across floors 17 to 24, the space offers stunning 360-degree views of downtown Nashville and is designed to support collaboration, innovation, and growth.
Designed by Gensler, the headquarters feature advanced technology integrated into workstations and conference rooms to enhance connectivity and teamwork. The modern, efficient workspace reflects AllianceBernstein’s continued expansion in key markets and its commitment to creating environments that meet the evolving needs of its workforce.
The project also achieved LEED Silver certification, underscoring a strong focus on sustainability and high-performance building design.
