Phase 4A of the Battersea Power Station development consists of nearly 400 local ownership and local rent apartments designed by Patel Taylor arranged around a public square.
Works include the diversion of existing utilities and challenges overcome by the design team include the location of a major Thames Water sewer that runs through the site. Other facilities provided will include a health centre and a number of business incubator units.
