Chapter Spitalfieds

Chapter Spitalfields is Greystar's 33-storey flagship student accommodation property in the heart of London. G&T has been working with Greystar over the last two years on refurbishments and extensions to improve this building.

The latest project to complete is the renovation of the ground floor reception and amenity area. Prior to this we completed the conversion of 56 twin apartments as well as refurbishing an additional 30 apartments during the summer university recess.

The next phase of the planned work is a two-storey extension to the podium block which is currently in planning. This will provide an additional 50 apartments, a study room and a roof terrace.

All of the work in this extremely busy building has to be carried out while it continues its day to day business with minimal disruption to the occupants.
