Citylabs 4.0

Citylabs 4.0 is a new world-class development, part of the Citylabs cluster which is home to a community of diagnostics, medtech, digital health and genomics businesses driving the future of healthcare.

Located on the Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust campus, this new facility will offer state-of-the-art workspaces for health and medical technology start-ups, scale-ups and global corporates, providing them with an opportunity to join a world-class hub for health innovation and precision medicine within part of Europe's largest clinical academic campus.

This second phase of the development comprises 125,000 sq ft of laboratory and office space and includes extensive external landscaping, new gardens and public realm.
