G&T played a central role in the relocation of Crowell & Moring, providing full Project and Cost Management services from inception through completion.
With space spanning 80,000 RSF across two floors, the new office, completed in 2024, features a refined reception area, a state-of-the-art conference center, a divisible multi-purpose room, and a café-style lunchroom.
Featuring a striking interconnecting stair, highlighted by a custom feature light and dual-height stone wall, the space was designed by Perkins&Will Architects and constructed by Structure Tone.
