G&T acted as representative for D E Shaw throughout its 124,000 SF interior fit-out project of its Midtown headquarters.
The project included conference rooms, kitchen, offices and trading desk areas in an open plan layout. The lobby will showcase signature pieces of art including Roy Lichtenstein's Modern and Amerind tapestries.
