G&T provided Project Management, Cost Management, Due Diligence and Lease Services for Duolingo’s new 40,00 RSF headquarters in New York, NY. Completed in 2024, the vibrant office space reflects Duolingo’s playful brand and mission-driven culture.
Designed by LB Architects, interiors done by RAPT Studio, and construction by Structure Tone, the space features open workstations, a White-Wall Art Gallery with six-foot-tall digital portraits of Duolingo characters, a sculpture of the iconic owl, Duo.
Additional office amenities include a coffee bar, cafeteria, reading room, conference rooms, phone booths, and thoroughly designed inclusive environments to support neurodiverse employees.
