Faena Forum

The Faena Arts Center has been designed by Rem Koolhaas and OMA whose design joins two conceptually simple geometric shapes (a cylinder and a cube) to create a highly complex and unique structure. The building  features a 1,000 seat amphitheater and separate event space, an underground mechanical parking garage, a glass bridge, an outdoor roof terrace and a number of artist in residence hotel rooms.

The broader Faena District spans four city blocks, integrating world-class hospitality and luxury residential into a cohesive, culturally driven vision, with G&T providing cost and project management across the entire development.
