The new Foot Locker store comprises approximately 29,000 sq ft of sales and back of house areas from basement to third floor.
The project incorporated new MEP systems, a new glass storefront, structural openings for new escalators, elevators and a conveyor. The fit-out was undertaken within an 18-week period.
Following completion of the Foot Locker Times Square Broadway store, G&T has subsequently provided Project and Cost Management services for the following Foot Locker stores:
