The project involves the demolition of existing buildings at Hercules Wharf, Union Wharf and Castle Wharf, together with the construction of 16 blocks ranging in height from three storeys up to 30 storeys including basements.
The riverside development will provide 804 residential units, 1,912m² GIA of retail/commercial space, management offices and 223m² GIA of education space and car and bicycle parking. Hard and soft landscaping works include work to the Orchard Dry Dock and repair and replacement of the river wall.
