New turnkey 75,000 sq ft headquarters building for energy company in Grangemouth on a Control of Major Hazards (COMAH) site, within a blast zone.

The building consists of high quality entrance reception, four floors of Grade A office accommodation on substantially open plan office floor plates, an Incident Management Room for emergencies, a commercial catering offering for staff, training and boardroom areas, AV and IT installation, comms rooms as well as full furniture and commercial kitchen installation against a highly challenging programme.

Designed by Michael Laird Architects, the project won the Architectural Excellence Award (Commercial Buildings) at the 2017 Scottish Property Awards, the Corporate Workplace category at the Scottish BCO Awards 2017 and the Commercial category at the RICS Scotland Awards 2017.
