The 4m sq ft One Beverly Hills project includes a new Aman Hotel and Residences, 10 acres of partially public accessible botanical gardens, luxury retail and the renovation of the famed Beverly Hilton Hotel.
With environmental sustainability as a key focus, the gardens will utilise harvested rainwater and recycled greywater for irrigation, achieving 100% water sustainability and conserving millions of gallons of water annually.
