Milbank's UK operations were split across two buildings following a period of expansion and the business is now looking to consolidate its operations into a new home.
G&T worked with the Milbank team and its advisors to analyse the various building options London had to offer, playing a key role in the technical negotiations and ultimately submitting a recommendation for 100 Liverpool Street.
The building's natural attributes, including external spaces, were a contributing factor in the building's selection and a number of space configuration options have been built in to give Milbank flexibility. The fit-out includes an inter-connecting staircase, multi-function event spaces and cellularised partner offices.
G&T is also leading the pre-construction period of the fit-out, to design and deliver Milbank's bespoke vision.
