Publicis Group has consolidated its New York offices at Rudin Management's 1675 Broadway, taking 580,000 SF with the interior fit-out comprising 168,000 RSF.
Publicis currently occupies floors 2 through 16 with digital and media buying division Starcom MediaVest Group in the majority of the space. The firm's advertising agency Publicis/KTG takes the 28th to 30th floors. Publicis Worldwide NA has located from 950 Avenue of the Americas, taking the entire 24th to 27th floors for an additional 100,000 SF in the tower.
