Relocation of the financial firm's 70,000 RSF headquarters.
The project began with the complete demolition and reconstruction of the 44th floor to install a state of the art trading room, "grab and go" employee cafe, reception area together with elevator lobby and private offices.
The 51st floor exploited the high ceilings and barrel-vaulted corridors to establish a new executive wing, conference center and 24/7 analyst bullpen area and virtual library.
