The new 20,000 sq ft store was constructed over two floors including basement and first floor sales and back of house areas.
Construction works comprised structural openings and pits for new escalators and new elevators, together with structural work associated with a new storefront. The fit-out incorporated new ceilings, light fixtures, floors, millworks, voice & data security, audio visual, illuminated internal and external signage, fitting rooms, back of house offices, pantry and bathrooms.
G&T provided Project and Cost Management services for the design, permitting, pre-purchase of long lead items, General Contractor buy-out and construction.
