WWE Headquarters
G&T provided Project and Cost Management services for the relocation of WWE’s global headquarters to a new 450,000 sq ft facility in Stamford, Connecticut. Completed in 2023, the comprehensive interior fit-out transformed a former office building into a purpose-built hub for WWE’s corporate and production operations.
The project included the construction of a new 22,000 sq ft mezzanine and six state-of-the-art studios, as well as specialized spaces such as control rooms, audio suites, playback rooms, podcast studios, and edit bays. Enhanced roof insulation was installed to meet the acoustic requirements of the production spaces.
Delivered in collaboration with architect Gensler and contractor Pavarini Northeast Construction Co., the facility was designed with full system redundancy and integrated connections to existing generators, along with upgraded air systems to support WWE’s critical broadcast and post-production needs. The result is a modern, highly functional headquarters that supports the company’s operations today and into the future.
