Alice is a key member of our dedicated People & Development team who run the learning and development programme for the firm. Alice sits within the early talent team and she has particular responsibility for the firm's NewGen programme focusing on attracting and retaining the best early career talent to the firm, as well as the promotion of diversity and inclusion within the built environment.
