Andrew joined G&T in 2022, bringing experience from both client and contracting organisations. He has strong expertise in the financial control and administration of NEC contracts and frameworks, including budgeting, expenditure forecasting, change management and stakeholder engagement. His current focus is on programme and project assurance, helping organisations strengthen governance, manage risk and deliver projects with greater confidence. He is a member of the firm's NEC Contracts group.
