Derek joined G&T in 2008 and has extensive experience delivering cost management and employer’s agent services across a broad range of sectors, including retail, commercial, education, public, infrastructure, industrial, leisure, and hospitality. He has worked on projects valued up to £250 million and is well-versed in SBCC, JCT, and NEC contracts, supporting clients from feasibility through to completion.
