Hou-Fung supports clients in the infrastructure sector, bringing over 15 years of experience in delivering capital projects and major infrastructure schemes across water, electricity transmission and distribution, rail and transport. He specialises in regulated funding environments and complex planning. Passionate about developing future talent, he actively mentors as an RICS Counsellor and APC Assessor, guiding the next generation of professionals.  He is also a member of the firm's Water sector group.
