James leads G&T’s Infrastructure business unit for the South West and Wales, overseeing major renewables, decarbonisation, utilities, gas and transport projects. He specialises in establishing effective controls, commercial and estimating teams with strong governance. Experienced in NEC3/4, IChemE, FIDIC and bespoke contracts, he supports CCUS, hydrogen and water projects, driving efficiency in construction and delivery across onshore and offshore infrastructure sectors.  James is also a member of the firm's NEC Contracts community.
