Challenge
Addleshaw Goddard needed to double its office space by relocating to new premises in Glasgow and transforming 11,500 sq ft of shell and core space into a fully completed Category B fit-out. The brief called for a vibrant, high quality and flexible workplace that reflected the prestige of the firm’s brand, while also creating a professional and welcoming environment for clients and colleagues, with the right mix of focused workspaces, collaboration areas and private settings to support hybrid working.
Solution
G&T provided Cost Management services throughout the project and worked closely with the wider team to help realise the design vision within budget. This supported the delivery of a high-quality office environment that combined premium finishes, bespoke joinery, graphics and signage with a design approach that balanced Addleshaw Goddard’s corporate identity and a distinct local character, creating a cohesive workplace aligned with both brand and location.
Outcome
The project delivered a contemporary new office that successfully reflects Addleshaw Goddard’s brand identity while providing a functional and adaptable environment for modern ways of working. Through G&T’s cost management role, the project achieved a high quality outcome that supports collaboration, staff wellbeing and day to day flexibility, helping create a workplace that offers culture, connection and variety beyond what can be achieved remotely.
