Challenge

The London Borough of Haringey and Argent Related embarked on a transformational regeneration programme to redefine Tottenham Hale as a vibrant district centre. The scheme needed to deliver in excess of 1,000 homes (across affordable, market sale and rental), up to 20 new shops, flexible office space, a health centre for 20,000 people, and extensive public realm across five separate sites surrounding the busy Tottenham Hale transport hub including overground rail, tube and bus services.

Solution

G&T provided Project Management services throughout the eight year delivery period. We led the coordination of planning, design, procurement and construction across the multiple plots, ensuring phased integration to align with the transport network and community needs. We managed stakeholder engagement ensuring council, local community and developer interests were balanced and maintained whilst managing risk, programme, and quality to bring the mixed tenure homes, retail units, offices and healthcare centre together successfully.

Outcome

The Tottenham Hale regeneration is delivering a welcoming, pedestrian-first district anchored by high-quality mixed housing, retail and workspace, a new health centre and expanded public space. G&T's strategic project management has preserved transport connectivity, delivered complex phasing across live infrastructure, and laid the groundwork for a resilient, people-focused neighbourhood that will serve existing and future communities alike.
