Planning permission granted for 66 Hammersmith Road

Planning permission has been granted for an exciting new office development on the site of the former J Lyons & Co factory.

Adjacent to Kensington Olympia, 66 Hammersmith Road will be a new building with basement, ground and seven upper floors on the north side of Hammersmith Road. It will provide 160,000 sq ft of commercial office space, integrated with affordable workspace and several retail units on the ground floor. 

The development will also include enhanced public realm, investing in amenities that will be available to the local area.
