G&T is providing Project, Cost, and Schedule Management services for The Residences at 1428 Brickell, a new 70-story ultra-luxury residential tower in the heart of Miami’s vibrant Brickell neighborhood.
Developed by Ytech and designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel (ACPV), the 958,000 GSF tower will feature 195 residences and more than 80,000 SF of world-class amenities.
Amenities include a 10,000 SF state-of-the-art gym, an immersive spa, private dining areas, an art and wine lounge, and flexible office suites designed to meet residents’ evolving lifestyle needs.
Notably, the development will be the world’s first residential high-rise partially powered by solar energy, incorporating photovoltaic glazing into its western façade. This innovation not only redefines sustainable luxury living but also contributes a striking new silhouette to the Miami skyline. Completion is anticipated in 2028.
