G&T provided Cost and Project Management services for global law firm Clifford Chance’s new office at Manhattan West in New York City.
Designed by Gensler, the modern workplace features a café, wellness center, and a variety of amenity spaces supported by smart building technology. A striking four-story staircase anchors the interior, promoting connectivity and movement throughout the space.
Completed in 2024, the project achieved LEED Platinum, WELL Certification, and Fitwel 3-Star Certification, underscoring the firm’s commitment to sustainability, health, and employee well-being. These globally recognized benchmarks reflect a holistic approach to workplace design that prioritizes environmental performance and occupant experience.
