G&T was engaged to provide Project and Cost Management on the restack project in downtown DC.
The project comprised a phased restack over eight phases including a multi-level interconnecting stair, conference center with flexible multi-purpose room, dining area and landscaped roof terrace.
The perimeter offices feature semi-transparent glass allowing light to penetrate the interior spaces, a growing trend in law firm build-outs.
