G&T provided Project and Cost Management services on behalf of Soho House for the development of Ned’s Club Washington, DC, a private members’ club under The Ned brand.
Located within the Milken Center, the 45,000 SF renovation spans floors 1, 9, 10, and 12 of the building.
Designed by Soho House Design and Stonehill Taylor, the project features a mix of refined hospitality and social spaces, including restaurants, bars, lounges, event areas, a commercial kitchen, rooftop terrace, and comprehensive back-of-house support.
