G&T provided Cost and Project Management services for SeatGeek's 54,000 sq ft headquarter relocation in New York City. The project consisted of three contiguous floors in the center of the vibrant tech hub located within the Flatiron District.
As a tech company HQ, SeatGeek prioritized providing a forward-thinking space, including individual stall unisex restrooms, mock Instagram moment booths as well as a flexible
All-Hands AV presentation space complete with bar, bleacher seating, communal open pantry and snack wall, all of which was connected via a three-story interconnecting stair.
Through G&T led value engineering and proactive coordination, G&T was able to deliver the amenity rich space with budget and on schedule.
