Spectrum Center
G&T provided Project Management, Cost Management and Cost Estimating services for the transformation of Spectrum Center, a Class-A office campus in Addison’s Lower Tollway submarket. The two 12-storey towers sit on seven landscaped acres and are undergoing a comprehensive, amenities-focused repositioning.
Interior upgrades include a state-of-the-art fitness center, two full-sized pickleball courts, and a new café and lounge designed to foster collaboration and community. The expansive outdoor courtyard has been reimagined with a bistro-style patio, shaded tree canopies, enhanced fountains, flexible work cabanas, respite zones, event lawns, and improved circulation throughout the campus.
Designed by Gensler, with interior construction managed by K2 Construction and exterior work by Swinerton, the project reflects a highly coordinated team effort. The repositioning of Spectrum Center establishes a new benchmark for modern office environments in the Texas region, blending performance, wellness, and hospitality-driven design.
