Viceroy L'Ermitage Beverly Hills

The renovation of the 'all suite' Viceroy L'Ermitage Beverly Hills, a 5 Star 5 Diamond hotel in Beverly Hills is now complete.

G&T provided full Project and Cost Management services and the hotel remained fully operational throughout. The project involved the renovation of 116 suites including the Presidential and Royal Suites. Room sizes range from 600 sq ft to 3,000 sq ft.

Other work included the renovation of a new restaurant and bar, the lobby and lounge as well as a VIP entrance and media junket rooms.
