NextGen at Landmark

G&T recently hosted its first NextGen seminar in Manchester at the highly anticipated Landmark office development in the region’s premier business district.  

NextGen professionals from across the built environment were invited to take a look at the new office development before it is officially unveiled and to hear from the project team on what makes Landmark a first class development while using the opportunity to make new contacts. 

The event

G&T NextGen’s Steve Baker opened the event by welcoming guests and spoke about G&T’s commitment to providing the next generation with the opportunities to build their networks.  Steve Baker is also providing Project Management services to Barings Real Estate on the development and has been working with the project team from inception.

Steve then handed over to Ian Mayhew, Managing Director of Barings Real Estate who introduced Landmark to the audience and explained what makes it one of Manchester’s most efficient office buildings.
