LPA Research Launch: NextGen London Perspective
As part of our sponsorship of the WPA & CPA NextGen programmes we welcomed professionals from across the industry to G&T's headquarters, celebrating the launch of the the LPA NextGen London Perspectives Report.
The report explores key themes that are shaping the future of work and life, offering invaluable insight into the motivations, needs and expectations of the next generation.
G&T partner and WPA NextGen vice chair Cal Matthews welcomed attendees before hearing from Jack Sallabank, Founder of Future Places Studio and Co-Founder at briqson about the report findings. Purpose, flexibility, culture, aspirations and wellbeing were just some of the key priorities for the next generation of workers.
