Defence Employer Recognition Scheme Silver Award Ceremony 2023
G&T received the Silver Award at the Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) Silver Awards Ceremony last week at the Royal Automobile Club (RAC) on Pall Mall, highlighting our support and committment to the armed forces community.
G&T partners and armed forces champions, John Meredith and Rob Knight, collected the award on behalf of G&T, standing alongside 37 organisations from a variety of industries brought together by the dedication to hire and support armed forces veterans and reservists.

Achieving the ERS Silver Award is a significant milestone in G&T's journey, since signing the Armed Forces Covenant in 2021 and becoming a recognised forces friendly employer.
The award acknowledges the dedication and exceptional support provided to the armed forces community, going above and beyond our covenant pledges.
