University of Greenwich appoints project team for Devonport House

University of Greenwich plans to transform Devonport House on its Greenwich Campus and the area immediately surrounding it, to provide cutting-edge facilities, create new space for the wider community, and restore an existing listed building.

The university has appointed G&T to provide client-side Project Management services, alongside Stride Treglown (design lead), Turley (planning), Farrer Huxley (masterplan and landscape strategy), Enborne Project Consultancy (project management), Fanshawe (quantity surveying), Hoare Lea (building services and sustainability) and Curtins (transport).

The university’s vision for the project is to restore and revitalise the Grade II Listed Devonport House, repairing and reinstating the key Listed features of the original building.
