Volunteering with Spear Bristol

As part of G&T's Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiative, members of the Bristol team took part in a volunteering day with Spear Bristol, a charity that supports young people into work.

The day started with an individual mock interview session, followed by feedback and a follow-up second interview and group feedback.  After this, everybody took part in a speed networking session giving them the opportunity to speak to a variety of people and hone conversational skills.
