Adam is a Chartered Surveyor with expertise in major projects and infrastructure. He specialises in procurement, cost, and commercial management, and has led strategic delivery for high-profile clients across Defence & National Security, Rail, Aviation, and Utilities. Known for his strong stakeholder engagement and practical problem-solving, Adam is passionate about delivering projects that generate lasting public value. Alongside his project work, Adam helps develop future talent through G&T’s APC Chartership Academy and is an active member of the firm’s NEC Contracts Community and Defence & National Security Working Group.
