Kerry joined G&T as a partner in 2015 and brings over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. She works across residential and commercial sectors but is best known for her expertise in the heritage and super-prime residential markets, delivering large, complex developer-led schemes and bespoke single dwellings for HNWIs and UHNWIs. Kerry also serves as the Chair of Judges for the RICS Awards and is an APC Assessor.
