A 40-acre business park to the west of Edinburgh is being redeveloped into a mixed-use multi-functional destination - blending private and affordable housing with modern office buildings and leisure.
The Edinburgh Park redevelopment comprises 1 million square feet of commercial offices, circa 1,800 residential units of varying tenures and mix, a new health centre, leisure centre and lido, cafés, bars and shops, together with outdoor sports facilities, extensive public realm and landscaping.
The site is extremely well connected with both tram and train stations providing key public transport links across Central Scotland.
G&T was involved in the project immediately after site purchase, establishing the overall site masterplan and is providing Project Management, Cost Management and Principal Designer services during the construction phases.
