Fora Shoreditch

Fora aimed to establish its flagship location, Montacute Yards, in the vibrant district of Shoreditch. The objective was to create a seven-storey flexible workspace spanning 58,000 sq ft, incorporating features such as roof terraces, floor-to-ceiling glazing, generous ceiling heights, tech-enabled meeting rooms, wellness facilities, and adaptable layouts. The challenge was to deliver this ambitious project within a fast-paced timeline while accommodating evolving tenant requirements.

G&T provided Project Management and Employer's Agent services from the early concept design through to project delivery. Collaborating closely with Fora's key stakeholders and sales team, we ensured that the project brief was maintained and the launch date achieved. We also managed incoming tenant requirements, facilitating seamless integration into the evolving project scope.

The completed Montacute Yards now stands as Fora's flagship location, offering premium flexible workspaces that blend modern design with functional amenities. The project was delivered on time, meeting the high standards set by Fora and providing an adaptable environment that caters to the dynamic needs of contemporary businesses.
